A windscreen is an important part of the cars structure. That's why people worry too much. As for the MOT, there is to be no damage that exceeds 40mm in length/diameter. That should fail.

I'd love a GSI in that grey/violet colour, lowered a bit on those 16 inch Alesio wheels. My dream car when was younger! I'd happily have this as a daily now.

If someone bought that, how much would it cost to get the bodywork sorted, some original wheels, some original lights, rear wheels have taken a proper hard impact so god knows what needs replacing under there, AND its a cat D. And being a salvage car you can bet its got Zero service history...

This! Ph2, yes they look a bit nicer from the inside, but the exterior and the cable throttle both trump the ph2. Its just a shame there are no nice ph1's left anymore. Most have had paint or poorly maintained or 11 owners. :(

What is your fascination with saving weight with lighter mirrors?! They weigh nothing as standard. Taking a big poo before you go racing will have more of an effect.

That's a lot of work to get that presentable! New seats, new dash strips, new seatbelts. Although standard 200 seats cost pennies so its not going to be an expensive turnaround.

Just google valeters in your area. I used to charge £20 for a seat shampoo. The process doesn't take long but the seats will be damp for a while after.

If the smears come off with your fingers, then you need new cloths. When mine get old they are terrible.

Fit some standard bumpers, paint them black, standard sideskirts, black again, and you've got a cheap low mileage track car!
