Chip, I have a power steering set up if you want it?
You should just come to the unit one day, get yourself the throttle body and the PAS stuff. FOC obviously. ;)
Strange about the brakes... Gaz told me they were replaced fairly recent and I only did about 300 miles in the car in my ownership.
No idea on the clutch though sorry mate, I never had a problem. But then you drove it further in one afternoon than I did in my entire ownership! lol.
No idea mate. He spent about 3 hours in the car the other day banging on about it.
I'm seeing him tomorrow night so i'll be well up on mattress terminology by midnight i'm sure.
I'm coming to Banbury tomorrow to collect a Zafira. You about? I may not have time as I've got a meeting at 3:30 i've got to be back for. I'll give you a shout if i've got time for you to make me a brew. x
I only used a normal wheel brace from a spare wheel tool kit ffs!
I'm wondering if its anything to do with freshly powder coated wheels? If the coating has expanded or something?
I've never seen one disected as such, but up in the interior light panel is the climate control sensor and its cooling fan.
90% of them buzz their tits off so apart from being annoying, its nothing much to worry about.
I've only ever seen 1 mk3 replica. But then only seen a handful of mk2 reps.
Tbh, i'd trather have a 172/182 replica because the mk3 non sports are dreadful to drive. In my opinion obviously.
PH neutral shampoo is good.
If you spend all weekend covering the van in expensive and time consuming wax, the last thing you want is a cheap shampoo stripping it all off.
