When you order a dephaser from Renault, does it come with an oil seal that apparently sits behind it?
Strange question but I have a mate that's bodging together a scenic before it gets WBAC'd and he's after one. I have had my dephaser replaced on my 172 and still have the box of old bits. But...
I'm flat out at work at the moment and have bought my wife a new car so need to sell the old one but I can't in its current state...
Its solid black and is covered in swirls. I'm not after 100% correction and I don't want to pay loads of money. Just a quick tidy up will suffice.
Any takers...
No idea.
But less than your original plan. Lets be honest, you're no keen detailer, and buying a DA is going to be a bit of a spend once/waste of money for you.
If I was you, I'd save some money and get a member off here to machine it for you for some beer tokens.
With the money you've saved, buy some very good quality protection, and some good quality washing products for the future.
You asshole. X
Take the front panel off (cleanly) and just advertise the shell with bare chassis legs.
ITs bound to fetch good money just because its a trophy. And probably the only straight trophy shell ever to go on sale??
I wouldn't mind betting, with all this publicity, that it gets robbed pretty soon.
Even if the average customer spent £20 and they take 3600 customers a day..... Thats a lot of money to have in there!!
My local shell has about 8 pumps, more staff than pumps and yet they still manage to take so long that ques build up regularly.
I also get really angry when they're trying to sell me sweets/drinks/chocolate.
*my best indian accent* 2 redbull for £2 sir? 2 bar of chocolate for £1 sir? drinks...
