iv had my avo's fitted for a few years now. you can set them to be as soft almost, and as high, even higher if wanted, than std .
i must admit, there are times when i feel the std suspension would handle all the lumps bumps and potholes in the roads round here a little better, but the...
no offence...but i just dont get this...cage for looks thing.
altho it does look like fairly good quality, why have something like that in ur car when a cage that will actually help save you will cost around the same???
and if its for looks.wouldnt you be better off with seats in...
they easy enough to fit to the willy. ;)
and mines done just shy of 1000 miles ince fitting em so far, pnly problem is....they need mapping desperately....low on funds at the mo tho lol.
as jesus says tho....no more unreliable than std imo. maybe just a bit thirstier lol
er think you will find its more like £10k
that was jesus'....a lot of the money spent on that was labour, then he had the unfrtunate incident of some muppet putting a jack thru his sump, destroying the oil pump, which n turn destroyed the block. but hey....as edde says. if its taken...
but williams 3s have sunroofs. not a good thing. the roof flexes at the rear of the sunroof over time., sunroofs always leak as well.
better off with a 1 or 2, 1s will generally fetch a little more than the 2s, due to the plaque. 1s are a little lighter than the 2s, no door bars etc, and...
lol. had my avos fitted for a few years now. ;)
but now they are on my other williams, thought i may as well get the sills scraping seeing as tho its only for track.
i have 5 inch between sill n floor. bout 1 1/2 between zorst n floor. lol.
http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=5669491
winston. whats the gap between the sill n floor on bboth the illiams n white wheeled??
dropped the rear of mine at weekend ready for spa. fronts will be done to suit soon.
would be better to take em off the strut brace.
and yes.they would also be better with a mounting point each........thats why theyd be 4 point harnesses ;)
my 0-60s have usualyy been between 5.6 and 6.1....all on proper timing equipment tho ;)
i was being serious too...since when does a thread have to have a point..would be one of the first if it did....and let to run to a full discussion that is.
does it really matter?? not as if alll threads have a point is it?
but yeah.original is always best...you 172 owners should know this by now.....williams is the daddy ;)
get to a skid pan if u want to learn how to control a car in a slide.
sideways is slow..although i can see your reasons for wanting o learn this, it should only be in a controlled area imo. if u do this on the road ur a prick that doesnt deserve his license.
or the old women are easily conned out of more money by a flattering salesman who plays on the said females vanity, 'oh youl have all the young lads looking at you in this, its a real toyboy puller' lol
tbh the clios are the same as evrything else now, compared to the old uns. too...
well.i was faced with the same dilemna a few years ago. i had a valver, black met, mint. loved it. was about the quickest 1800 around at the time, but i kept getting my arse kicked by the 2.0 novas etc. which of course, just wont do lol.
i priced it up, the cost of buying the engine and...
get a big hammer.and small punch...roughly guess where abouts in the door card the dent is...whack the punch through the door card, no need to remove it then ;), and hit the dent from the inside...you will no longer have a dent when viewed from the outside ;)
well i suppose it depends on how you define 'better'
the powerflow on mine, shaved time off the 1/4 mile time, sounded better imo, has lasted 3 times longer than a std one, so far, the welds are ok but im not intrested in looking underneath my car just to say...o look..dont it look shiny...
sorry .but do they spend more than renault on r&d??
the bends, dia., and lengths are pretty much the same on all are they not?? material also. on most of the exhausts you quote above.
the powerflow on mine follows the exact lines of the oe one, in same diameter pipe, with free er...
the valver and williams owners still say that about the 172/182s tho lol.
and as for dicks comments.....lol. i have 3 clios, albeit none of them new, 2 x williams 1s and a 51 plate dci. cant afford a 197.....no course i cant....thats why i choose to run 3 cars, because i cant afford...
same car in 'over the edge'
it had been stood for a few years just before i bought it. i promptly blew the engine up on the ride home hehe.
stood for a few months until i decided what i was doing with it.
now sports a meg bottom end, worked williams head ,270 cams, weber alpha...
