    thats a 172 cup engine (notice no brackets on the left hand side of engine, and no aircon)

    water pump? pipe leading into water pump?

    just measure the disc thickness? 21.4mm is minimum (24mm when new) DS2500's are better than yellows

    could be many things though Brian, incorrect piston size vs master cly etc i reckon its just incorrectly flared pipes causing air to leak in/fluid out

    to go really really low you need to run no more than 0.5 deg neg on a 1.2 if you know what you're doing you can set them up by eye
