I would only ever use a trolley jack to, not really had a good look round under mine yet, as there will be points to jack on other than the sills. Worth asking at a garage or tyre place as to where they would jack it.

I picked up the lastest 2005 cat, last week when I was getting some prices for the ipod adapater for my 9833. They no longer list it 9833, but the 9835 is in there still, with the 9855 below it?

Think it replaces the 33 according to the latest alpine catologue.

Dont see many 182 or 172s round here, spot the occasionally one, loads and loads of types Rs and MCSs though.

Thats not good then then, as postioned in the front screen, and with out the attenna I can get four bars of signal, just the pick up is slow? Thought the attena would help with that, may just go for the front number plate sensor instead.

Those of you running the external antenna, are you getting reception straight away when you turn the unit on? In non heat reflective screen cars my RA 2 works asap. It can take a few mines in the 182, and tends to drop signal very easily.
