yeah its cast, but i reckon if you touched it (to make the ports larger) you'd have problems with it cracking as there isn't that much material in places
nope!, the megane RS turbo uses a stupidly shaped manifold to turbo housing flange (not like the garrett square shaped one)
its one way to do it i guess, but then you might aswell just use parts from mr k-tec or mr BB (exhaust manifold) and use a garrett turbo which = ££££

whay won't the MRS fit the mk1 head? exhaust ports too large?? just fit a megane RS head instead?
yeah i think you'll find all of the specialists use 5w40 fully syn, we use Elf excelium 5W40 (as per renaults recomendation) on all Renault sport vehicles
well if it shows on their system and you have a bank statement showing the payment to Renault i don't see a problem, kick up a fuss, you always have to when you want something out of them
100% certain, any new parts bought from renault have a 12month warranty from date of purchase
