In my 10/11 years of doing it, the only issues I get are from doing engine bays. coil packs on renaults. And some wet plugs on ford zetec's. Apart from that, *touch wood* i've not had a single issue. The last van I did I parked it on a slope while I jetwashed it so all the water drained out...

Nope. Take the seats out, spray them with TFR, jetwash off, leave to dry. If you try and vac the water out it sucks the dirt to the surface so seats need to dry naturally. or as close as possible. Spray inside of car with TFR (all over doorcards, carpets ect) spray with jetwash with power...

And trafic vans, Astra vans, Fiesta vans, Novas (don't ask!) renault lagunas, ford mondeos and pretty much any other car that is too dirty for 'normal' valeting. Its only water, it will dry out!

I did that in my L200. Proper jetwashed the dash. (in case any of you don't believe me, I took a member from this forum out in it the day after and he asked me why the seats were so wet! lol)

My mate at school had 16v GTE back in the day, a 5 door version. (It was acually an 8v with a 16v fitted) He painted it Kawasaki green, fitted a cosworth whaletail and some TSW three spokes.... IT was epic back in the day! Although we are talking 1995! lol.

I've had a few of these. Absolutely great cars! Did everything really well. (BAck in the day, obviously) I had a black 1600i, C796 BHU. A white 1600i, C294AMS, I had a Red 1400cc Equippe, H144WYY (iirc) and my favourite, a white 1600i E555MBX. I loved orions! lol.

Its not 'really common' as such, but its not unheard of. Mines an 04 plate and as far as I can see, its not got any whatsoever. My parents neighbour has an 03 plate and both front wings have been replaced under waranty as they've had it from new.

How easy was the changer to fit? And do you know if the Business CD is able to take a lead for my ipod?

If it is a clutch, its no big deal. We've just done one under warranty and it cost us £130 inc parts and labour.
