get saving, the stock (even modded) inlet is a restriction IMO
your engine is only as good as the person who maps it, and so endeth the thread...... ;)
mate we're on 205bhp @wheels (approx 240), thats about the limit (without spending £4K on the head), and we've mucked about with comp ratios galore
trust me on this, you won't be getting 250bhp, speak to BenR if you don't belive me!
headwork and manifold don't gain much, and your looking for...
its uber easy on 172 cups, take minutes to do the aux belt

Powdercoating is weaker than paint??? ok you take a hammer to a painted metal surface and tell me if the paint flakes off!! you'll dent the material long before powercoat will fall off!
powdercoat is baked on at around 190degC
as for powdercoating being a poor finish! behave!
before/after
