I'm really missing diesel torque now i've got the 200 Ali.
I bought a Mondeo tdci yesterday and nearly creamed my pants. Sooo much easier to drive. No need to rag the tits off it just to get it moving.
I'd rather have a dci 100 over a 172/182 at the moment.
All the money saved on insurance/tax/fuel can be spent on a remap and coilovers. You'd have a very capable and economical car then!
Radio needs decoding. £10-£15 from a local car audio outfit or mobile guy. (They plug the radio into a computer and reset it and issue you another 4 digit code)
As for your battery, you need to get it checked out really. Make sure its charging properly, make sure theres no wiring faults etc.
Take the speakers out.
Mount them from underneath instead.
Get some black accoustic carpet and some carpet glue from ebay/halfords/superdrug.
Cover shelf.
Done.
I need a new upholstery cleaner as I drove over mine. (For the second time in 3 years....)
Smashed it to fcuk.
The one I had was about 10 years old so tbh its about time I got a new one anyway. Budget of about £200. + vat or inc vat not bothered.
I want something thats robust and good...
For my mother.
£150 budget, what should I buy?
(please bear in mind my family are technologically retarded. She's only just got the internet....)
Needs to be an iPod though. Thats the only stipulation.
Any help greatly appreciated. :D
I genuinely detest it when people use the line ''Its a shame to leave it sat in the garage so I've decided to let someone else enjoy it''.
Fcuk off you dick.
You're selling it because you're bored/skint/Mrs is giving you grief. Just be honest ffs!
So you think 18hp from a filter, decat and remap is acheivable??
We all know its not. So the company are lying. If they're lying, why would you give them your money?
