can't do 100% original 182 or 172 silver (its too metalic for powder coat) they do silver or high power silver (black powder coat with a silver paint over the top)
no the head doesn't have to come off, just the rocker cover
(i'm just writing you an e-mail with the part numbers for the special tools required in)
the tools required cam be seen being used in BenR's brilliantg engine build article!

5years or 72000miles (renault forget to mention that the water pumps start leaking at 60,000 and need replacing at the same time)
not expensive, £150 all in max
picture 2, its like a spot on an ugly kid
all ours look like this http://www.shortshifter.com/exhaust/images/SUE36DTM_WELD.jpg (thats average TIG, i couldn't find a better pic!)
I was about to say i wouldn't of paid more the £20 for that!
that welding OH MY GOD, how shite (they've got the gas cranked up a bit too far there!)
ours is much better yes, but then again it costs a lot more!
looks like they're doing it properly!
replacing all rocker cover bolts, new cam seals, cam belt etc
its common for them to leak, they normally start leaking out of one of the bolts
