we already do a 6speed conversion with strengthened internals for the JC5 (172/182/williams boxes) and a plated LSD
but as Ben says, money is the issue
ours is over £3K

engine mounts suck
driveshaft/s - outer CV's, the gaitors fall off and drop grease EVERYWHERE
you have coilovers IIRC...
i could hear that as you drove off, i thought it was knackered pads at first
without looking at it it could be anything you've listed!
