Yeah depends what look you're after. Black will make it look harder but clear will make it look cleaner.
I did my lights using a can of satin black lighly dusted on and a few coats of laquer! Looked bloody brilliant even if I do say so myself! lol.
I had a similar (Albeit much bigger!) accident and a friend tried to fraudulantly claim for whiplash.
A knock on his door with a threat of physical violence soon put a stop to that! If they're injured, fair enough, but making a claim for the sake of it is a bad bad thing I think.
At least...
When you're buying from a distance, its always best to make sure the px is as good as you can get it. Nothing worse than turning up after driving 7 hours for the dealer to say ''The cars fcuked, I'm knocking £500 off the value''.
imo anyway.
Agree with above, Halfords are mentally overpriced but Bosch batteries are awesome. I've got one on my Clio van and its not moved since xmas. Got in it about two weeks ago and it started first turn of the key!
From date of reg to 3 years old is the easiest time to clock a car. (No MOTs so no record of the car anywhere)
UNLESS! Its got full service history (reciepts, any monkey can buy a book and stamp it up)
I'd avoid.
I shouldn't but I laughed! That is proper proper fcuked!
(I know its unfortunate, and I know you'll be hurt/upset etc, but i'm laughing at how fcuked the car is! NOT YOUR SITUATION! looks a mess!)
At least you're ok mate. Cars can be replaced.
