I fitted the shafts the other morning, just need new hub nuts fitting and torquing up. Also threw the rear bumper on to cut the tail pipe hole. Marked it up and used the biggest hole saw I had. Not finished yet but get me a god start point. Any Clio is on the back burner for a few days...

Why not stick the passenger wiper arm on the drivers spindle? Easy singer wiper conversion then.

Yeah there’s not many places to mount them conveniently. You’ve mounted yours where I had mine in the blue cup shell, which I forgot to remove when I scrapped it ??‍♂️ I never routed the ducting as I couldn’t get it tidy.

I like this apart from the fact you’ve cut Robbie Williams tiger pants up and stuck them all over the car ? I much preferred the yellow and grey combo, but just my opinion ?? Keep us updated.

Yeah should do hopefully ? Yeah I’ve got the heat shielding from my CUP shell. Go back a few pages should see it.

Started fitting the inlet manifold tonight. Thought it’ll be easier to tight the actual bodies back up if the manifold was tightened to the head. So seals went on first followed by the manifold it’s self then the engine mount thingy.

Removed the side skirts this morning to start offering up the BYC skirts. Also had a delivery of ITB to head seals and exhaust springs from PMS so I can finish off the manifold and fit ITBs ? Need to order new subframe to chassis bolts, then fit driveshafts and torque the front suspension...

The shell is finally de-stickered. Just some glue to remove

Started removing some of the stickers as I’m waiting on parts. Waiting in a new oil cooler as mine got a damaged and a mounting bracket for the Jenvey linkage.

I would use HEL custom page. You choose then ends and length and they make them. I ordered a proline kit which had some many issues I ordered from HEL to solve them as prolinemotorsport were so unhelpful and clearly unorganised.

Cheers, I’ve got a place to mount now but will eventually move to a Laminova cooler I reckon as reading up today seem to be a better way of cooling and controlling the cooling.

Slow progress. Oil cooler is pissing me off so moved onto changing the throttle linkage. All apart which took some time as it’s all a bit fiddly

If your moving from MK to nearer Mallory you must be moving in my home town direction at a guess? Mines on a massive snag list? your months in front of mean. Especially as my progress has slowed up ☹️

Exhaust looks epic so much better than I pictured in my head. I didn’t know Ben and Lenny made custom exhausts. Sorry the mapping hasn’t gone to plan. Sounds like Troy is being helpful tho ??
