to wrap your manifold means removing your subframe, removing the exhaust manifold and spending about 6-8 hours wrapping the bloody thing crap job, VERY time consuming! won't affect noise

by lagging i assume you mean wrapping? to wrap the manifold will cost you £££ our 182 exhausts are loud (around 98db unsilenced with decat) but we have the option of silencers speak to chris or subway they have them

you need to unhook the cables from the calipers, pump the pedal a few times, slaken off the adjuster, re attach the cables to the calipers, and re tighten the adjuster handbrake should be fully on att 4/5clicks

i have a box, but it needs a rebuild and a bell housing, rebuild will cost £350 from our gearbox guys (new EVERYTHING, bearings and synchros etc)

if you're going for "all out tuning" don't be putting a CAT on there (or a magnex)
