I'd check the chassis number matches the log book to start with lol.

The RS2 is a Nice bit of kit. I managed to bag one of the last oringial manifolds from James Stone who designed rather than the ones available now. Got em from here http://www.acwmotorsportplastics.co.uk/renault-clio-mk2-3dr.html Fronts are spot on, wish I got Plastic4Performance rear ones tho.

Yeah exactly, just upgrading to ESAP is more money when I've just brought a diff and 4pot brakes and other stuff. I just wanna abuse the car haha. Need an ecu or to get mine mapped for a RS2 :)

Yeah I'd just fit the rack and remove the rest. But I have same concern as you, don't wanna ruin the car by making it worse or not liking it and having to spend more money to change it back or upgrade lol. (Talking myself out of it here lol) I have a rack tho and my engine is coming out soon...

Started the Clio tonight for the first time in about 3 weeks. Started first time considering its on a Varley redtop25 and was all live and connected up, so pretty happy with that. All I did tonight was remove the drivers seat again, to fitted the VBD x-low frame. I also dug out my PMS axle...

Have fitted just this mount As I'm sure it says it adjusts the engines position slightly in the description on PMS site, if that is the case I'd guess you need the others. I have the whole kit fitted to mine, it's vibratey and noisy but nothing major.

Where about are you based? There's custom cages in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Take the car there and they can fit it all, make custom cage you design or add extra bars to one of their designs or they can post you the cage to fit. I used to work in the same business estate and their work is...

Go manual rack first and see how you get on. That's what I'm doing :smile: All trial and error and personal preference I guess.

Ahh what dam it. I can back out of the flywheel. I've already paid pms. What's the flywheel you can get your hands on? Billet 3kg jobbie? Valeo clutches are fine for these aren't they?

Sorry mucka didn't see this. It's a stick on plate and it's a 'small' size. The place I ordered do legal size, medium and small iirc. Want me to dig out the item number. I need another for the rear actually.

Does the gen90 come with a base/standard map so you can start the car? I seen in your thread you've trimmed the interior loom down, did you have any issues cutting the wires? I seen people having issues who have done. Not sure yet on the box, thinking I pull the engine out fit some arp bolts...

Maybe, the looms I've seen in their own cars (white mk1 Clio/yellow 106 gti) and in my mates Saxo have been/look awesome. All covered and plugged etc. haven't seen any others tho so. The wiring is so complicated on these bloody things. I was thinking of putting a ph1 loom in as I read there...

I had my Leon stolen this way. Had my actual car key with me at work (50miles away, have a work van) spare key was hidden under floor boards in a built in wardrobe and they still found the key. If they want it they will get it, broke into my house at 4pm and spent 2 hours destroying my house...
