we have free stickers ;) and our delivery is cheaper last time i checked we were around £100 cheaper than others for the 172 H&R stuff, and £50 for the 182 stuff plus everything we sell is on next day delivery

you've wasted money there mate, std is very hard to improve upon

you gain a certain amount yes, whether its 10bhp or not i wouldn't like to say a defo yes or no, but the 182 mani is defo less of a restriction than the 172 version

viper + decat + remap will see decent gains on average i see 182's do 145ish @ wheels

standard spark plugs are the best you can get 182 manifolds are VERY hard to get hold of K-tec is overpriced IMO, try MATT BLACk on here (fitting the manifold isn't cheap BTW)

mine was a bit crap really, a bugger to fit decently, and average welding

dampers are ok, rears tend to go but i've yet to see a front shock fail APEX springs i rate highly
