yep, you have to fully slacken off the small nut, then remove the cables (2of) from the rear calipers
pump the foot pedal (brake) several times
then put it all back together, and retighten the adjuster nut
monkeys, tell them you want the rocker cover bolts resealing as they're leaking
tell them they SHOULD replace the aux belt when doing the cambelt
tell them also that you think the noise is coming from a noisy bearing inside the alternator, i don't think its the water pump as that had no movement
ramair doesn't occur until 150mph+ kinda thing, its marketing b****cks IMO (i haven't seen the article yet, so won't comment further)
its just a further developed F4R engine, IDENTICAL bore and stroke to the old one, slightly higher comp ratio, nowt special, we can get more power out of them...
