    you need bearings yes, you can buy all the parts seperatley, but by the time you've paid to have them assembled it'll cost you the same as buying them pre assembled

    a lot of them have failed at 60K or less (normally due to the aux belt going)

    cambelt kit (including tensioners) is about £130 water pump i would guess is £60-£80
