Any views on its capacity to hide marks? My chimaera was recently washed by a specialist and I presume they used a scourer. Haven’t the time to fully correct, sadly.

Yes believe it is and spotted that video about vans and Amaroks, but wondered if that's like saying all K series engines will s**t their head gaskets when in fact it's because the engines were used in heavy old beasts like Freelanders...
An views on the BiTD 240 in a B8 Passat? My father's Alltrack is about to hit 150k miles (yes, barely run in) and he fancies a change. There's a nice one up for sale from a main dealer, so added bonus of 2/2/2 warranty etc.
Where are you driving?! I’ve never smashed a wheel so hard it’s damaged it to that extent. Frequently drive in the Lakes.

Suggestions coming in it’s the design and fact they’re 19” ie 35 profile tyre.
I may go 18” with new tyres in that case. Better replacing reps than OEMs.

Am I getting old and slow?
19" Pretoria alloys on my Golf R are black and I want to go back to silver. £400+ for a refurb to a decent standard. Original wheels are known for being soft as chocolate. CM wheels appear to be the going choice (link here). £550 brand new... in fact selling my old...
Out of interest, did you opt for this over a Golf R estate, or it just came up right spec etc? They seem to be nigh on identical (say what you will about badge snobbery and interior quality), and yet the Golfs seem far more common!
Hi folks, struggling for time to do my daily and would like it ceramic coated.
Any recommendations for south London/Kingston upon Thames/Surrey way?

Trying to find the right one. Have two of four currently on the market that have everything I want (7.5 estate in blue with a sunroof, keyless and reversing camera). Drove the first on Monday and loved it, but they're cocking me around on trade in value (because they don't want it). Second I'll...
Yes it is, I have the Alltrack which has been superb. And I could mod that to make an extremely fast car... all buy a shiny new one :D
Noted on the thermostat housing, will enquire.
Grateful I’m allowed to post in here as other sections now appear to be locked to members.
Golf mk7.5 R estate. Opinions from owners, what to look out for etc?
Current reasoning - it’s a daily for my wife for the most part. Ideally we’d have a Golf daily hatchback and then something more...
Rather than starting a new thread (wtf is the new name, Kev?!?); https://www.infinitywax.com/products/synergy-lite
This looks interesting.

I’ve seen this brand a bit recently but their shampoo looks to be wash and wax which I’d prefer to avoid. I use a water filter now to save time when washing both cars as I can basically leave them come rain or shine without drying. However, when using a “&wax” type shampoo it smears quite badly...
Knowing how little I visit and thus my inability to use the forum correctly (what the hell has happened to Tapatalk?!), highly likely and apologies!

- plenum and rocker...
Has anyone any advice or experience in increasing the centre bore on a wheel? I need to go from approx 63mm to 68mm diameter on a 17” wheel.
