Make sure its had a full belt kit. Just changing the belt is a pointless exercise if the tensioner gives up in 3 months time. Welcome to the club btw, get your tenner out.

Take the whole car apart bolt by bolt, then put it back together. On a better note, remove all the seats, give it a proper deep clean and put it all back together. Very satisfying.
