You can buy a megane phase two one from a renault dealer, looks identical to a cup one and costs £17! We fitted onme to my mates a few weeks back.

My car has an Ebay chip and a powertech filter, it made 434bhp at the wheels which is 404 more than it left the factory with. Happy days.

Its not just about overall track though is it. Otherwise everyone would be running around with massive offset wheels and stupid spacers. Its about the spacing of the bottom arms, the strength of the ARB, the spacing of the top mounts of the willy shocks. Seriously mate, you can't just fit...

<assive false economy. A scruffy one will set you back £1200 minimum. By the time you've done any bodywork, tyres, brakes, cambelt/aux belt you're talking £1200 worth of work. Then the interior (if its a scruffy one) will be diabolical and need sorting. Thats an endless amount of money imo...
