30min job easier if you remove both front wheels pop out arch liners (use long nose pliers to lever the bungs out) remove two plastic screws holding grille onto slam pannel you'll find 2 x 10mm bolts under each arch (behind where the bumper/wing meet) remove them there's another 2 x 10mm...

thats the filter for the 2001-early 2005 2005+ has a different airbox (which is what you'll have)
