If all the reciepts are genuine then i'd say £2500 is a fair price. I just sold mine for £3k but that had a 12 month RAC warranty, new MOT, Serviced and we fitted a cambelt kit.

Sadly this happens quite a lot. A dealer is pissed off with a customer for continuous complaints/warranty claims so the dealer pays someone £100 to sort the problem out. That bloke won't be bothering Merry Hill motors again!!

I had the same problem with a little 1.1 106. Been sat for nearly a year and the emmissions were shot to s**t. £10 2nd hand lambda and 20 minutes at full pelt up and down the ring road a few times and it passed! :D

I had an air leak on the inlet manifold and it was ticking over at 5000 rpm. It was the rubber o ring at the back not seated properly. Worth a look, afterall its free! :D

I personally think they are brilliant. (197's, not driven a 200) They are docile enough to drive around town easily but are awesome on the limit. Not something I would spend £8,9,10k on though. I'll wait until they're £5k.
