Today was the first time we tried to get it running Jord. We knew it wouldn't fire yesterday as there was no fuel. We just wanted to see if the new loom worked!
I know this is going to sound really c0cky, but its been a piece of piss so far!! I'm waiting for something disastrous to happen!!
Well today, he fitted all the fuel pipes, beat f**k out of the seized fuel pump and put the battery on....
The f**king thing started first time. No long cranking or any of that, just switch....GO!
f**king hell I'm starting to get all my enthusiasm back now!!
Surely Beanimoo would have noticed the limiter at 120mph was a little strange??
He's a proper switched on chap so I'm bloody hoping so!!

Its still got the old valver ECU in there atm.
I've got Beanimoo's old ECU from his white one so should be reet. Its not going to start without fuel though! lol!
Just put a battery in the Valver/172 hybrid thingy and it cranked over!! :D:D
I reckon one good weekend on it and it will be finished!!

Its embarrassing trying to sell all the add on crap. Its a pointless load of pants and a complete rip-off. Trying to get Mr & Mrs X to part with thier hard earned for what is essentially a load of b****cks is a tough job.
No point in that mate. Theres minimal difference between the engines. The reason the FRP is so desired is its own individuality, the handling and the insane bodywork.
