^^i thought the hu were different as the 182 has 4x40W and the 182 cup has 4 x 22W ??
The 4x40W and 4x22w refers to the speakers ie 4 speakers capable of 40 or 22 watts of power each.
The casabania sticker on the stereo refers to he...
The HU on all Clios is the same, the speakers are the only different bits.
Independent Dealer £ 8255
Private Good £ 6985
Private Poor £ 5525
Part Exchange £ 6285
You might get one or two hundred more since its low milage but I wouldnt expect to much.

How about a Mk1 or a high milage Mk2. You should be able to pick one up for £5k if you get a 2 yr loan thats only £215 a month for two years, or £150 over 3yrs, or £120 over 5 yrs.

Unfortunatly not the Mk1 and Mk2 cats are different lenghts and sizes.
You could make it fit probably if you wanted but easier to get a Mk2 one in the first place.
I dont think theres anyone on here who has one infact there are few diesel owners on here altogether.
49mpg sound about right though my dci does about 60 on the motroways at 70 I think and the Mk1 is a lighter more aerodynamic car I think.

182 CUps have bothe cup spoiler and suspension packs as standard.
You cannot easily refit the Cup suspension as its more than just dampers and springs.
As for the site Ive no idea there are loads of places you can get cheap 182s though even some dealers are very willing to price match the...
Genuin ones are £150 or somehting stupid. There are places on the net which make custom ones much cheaper or Halfords etc sell much better quality ones.

The "Clio Trophy" if it is ever called like that does exist as a prototype.
This prototype is 6 months old.
It is a testbed for the F4M engine which is around 205 BPH.
The engine is for the RS gen 3.
The "Trophy" would possibly have the...
Some dealerships will sell you them for £12.4k including the 0% interest free credit over 4 yrs so they cna work out to be about £11k.
A 182 Cup is about £1k less.
Dont forget some people on here got very cheap 182s though the Renault friends and family scheme.
In 3 yrs time the new improved Renault Sport Clio will be out and there likly to be a revamp not far off. Id think youd be looking at £5.5~6k trade in value with adverage miles in the future.
Yes, dealers can put the Cobra alarms in (they did in my dci) but Renault Sport UK spec cars are fitted with alarms at the docks.
Perosnaly Id get a better alarm though fitted by a reputable company it will be a lot less and be better quality.
Check for rust its bound to be a problem on 10 yr old cars perosonally thats the biggest thing as most other problems can be fixed, rusts there forever. If the clutch is realy heavy and has no biting poit it might just be a paddle clutch. You probably need to compare to another Williams to know...
A 182 is about 172 Cup quick
Since Evo car magazine said there Cooper S tunned car was always a bit slower than the Cup Id say the Cup will be quicker but its down to drivers.
