King Strobe has been keeping a log of all Mk1 Williams Clios I believe.

Freds mate had his car lowered 90mm on stock dampers with no problem but the rid wouldnt be as good as a car with matched dampers.

Why do you need to remove the front seats to get the CD changer in the normal changer isnt easy to fit but its a lot easier than removing the whole seat. It shouldnt be that bad to remove the seat its bolted on under the car I think.

Motorworld sell one £17 its two tone capacity. Its 135mm height and extends as high as 330 or so I think which is ample.

There wont be another fact life the new Clio is completly different and will be out later this year. The RenaultSport version will be out Summer 2006. Its possible there will be a last of the run Renault sport 182 with all the kit on them but i will depend how he normal 182/182 Cups sell.

The 182 manifold is different but its mainly down to the exhaust manifold, sports cat and different exhaust. However there are other changes ie different head casting (which is infact a step backwords)

The 182s twin exhaust pipes use the area where the wheel well would normally be. You can just stick a spare in the boot if you want.

You need a new temp sensor. Its a common problem and Renault know how to fix it.

The new normal Clios are due later this year (Id guess theyll be released just before September so people can test drive and order then on the new plate). The new Sport is due Summer 2006

The 172 Cup doesnt have the zeon light washers Apart from thats there no difference I can think of other than 182 cupas and 182 with the cup spolier pack have a little front splitter bit. Some 172 owners have also aded that splitter though.

2.5 yr old Dci About 20 problems probably none realy serous just normal Renault stuff which they never fix. 10 year old Willaims (onwerd for a month) 2 problems but important ones.

You could aways take a signal off the plug on the stereo if you want. As for the revers you wont be able to get one as easily is it realy worth the effort?

You can get it done for £130 I think. If you dont know for definate when it was done Id get it changed better safe than sorry.

Its not all about power and speed if you want a fast car get something else a 172 CUp will be a lot cheaper and spend the extra £ on throttle bodies etc. Personally Id get a 182 with the cup packs there better value IMO.
