I've always done track days in standard cars, but the last one I did I used a modified 172 and I can safely say that was more fun than the M3 I tracked!!

Swap the red and yellow leads over on the wiring harness. So put the red one into the yellow slot and the yellow one into the red slot.

Thats the problem right there. The car itself doesn't bother me. s**t, i'd drive round in a Cat A if the DVLA would let me. Its the resale. EVERYBODY is nervous about categorised cars, hence difficulty come resale time. Just my 2p worth.

f**king brilliant cars. I've got 2 at the minute. One is a complete heap and the other is an absolute peach. If they're looked after properly, they will last forever.

To be worthwhile, a Cat C car needs to be a third of the normal going rate. If its not, don't bother.
