Air temperature will make a MASSIVE difference for sure. fuel quality will but not a lot and the road surface should make no difference to the engine.

So, being serious now.... If its making about 155/160 at the wheels, then that would equate to about 185 at the fly? ish? So its probably down a small bit but not a lot. Remember, the old 172's only ever produced 160-odd horsepower at the fly.
