There's many on here who've performed the said modification and certainly haven't told the insurance company.

You've tried having the phone switched on then removing the battery? If not perhaps master reset might work?

I've got a bottle of Chemical Guys microfibre wash solution, which I normally use when washing the microfibre cloths.
Can I place the microfibre's in with the Der Wunder Towels and use the microfibre wash solution? If so 40 degrees c on the machine...

I wouldn't bother with anything drawing air in from the bay. Needs to be isolated, sheilded etc.
I use the Maxogen, not cheap, but you pays your money for quality.

No there wasn't a great deal of paint that came off during waxing with a microfibre.
It's just that the paint is marked from SRP ing. You can see a difference in where the SRP has brought paint off on the cloth and where it hasn't. The finish has lost some of it's reflection in the damaged...
I used ClearKote Carnuba Moose Wax last week applied by microfibre.On looking at the cloth I could see slight paint was appearing on that also.
Is it wise to try and use another polish?
I was lucky, I ended up with 182 Cup in Racing Blue with the stripes, which appeals greatly. Liquid Yellow would've been nice, or the metallic blue. Not too interested in silver or black.
