wheres the best place quality for ££ in essex to get my cam belt and AUX done, inc all the tensioners and pullys etc the whole works.... any place sub £430 all in?

in theory if you get stupid low springs like 50+ then the tavel of the wheel when you jack it up would (could) course the spring to drop out, but thats when people fix in new or modified drop stops in to prevent the travel of the wheel when on 3 wheels or just jacked, but most of the time...

sound is a funny thing it can reverb of anything, so it can sound like its coming from places you wouldnt expect, i had a grinding/vibration noise once that i thought was coming from the gearbox on my metro GTi but one day while listening i put my hand on the HT coil and the noise stoped!! just...

There behind the pully just as they go into the alternator, there isnt much room to spray but usenig the WD40 staw you shold be able to get in there.

The speed of the bearings just stops making audable sound

its the alternater bearings, bit of wd40 on there should make it go away
