Dark Knight on BD is excellent, I bought the Batman Begins and DK double set yesterday. The picture quality is stunning, best I've seen yet. I know of several people who have bought a BD player for Chrimbo, the format appears to be increasing in popularity.

Most definitely the Panasonic. If you can't afford a Pioneer then a Panasonic is the next best thing in the sensible budget tv's.

Re: iphone appstore must haves? A handy app that lists results of places that are funnily enough around me :) Bars, Pubs, Cinemas, Taxi firms, cash machines etc WunderRadio is very good.

On my Mac and work PC I use FireFox. I'm not keen on Safari and always avoid IE. Chrome is good and fast to display pages.

Can't be any worse than IE for security :D

Yeah you can buy Leopard or try to get a loan of a disc from someone else. Have you tried holding the option key while switching on to see if you can select the boot drive or not?
