Ok ok I may have been slightly hasty but it was keeping in spirit with the claims of others in this thread :D
Save up and buy a HDTV, you'll love the difference.
Pointless buying the 360 or the PS3 if you do not have a HDTV to use with it. People would be better of playing the PS2 and Xbox.
I do not believe that the majority of 360 and PS3 owners do not own a HDTV. If that's true then I feel sorry for them.
As for the 80gb PS3, it makes no difference...
Apple wanted £250 for my 2GB upgrade had I ordered it with the iMac. It cost me £90 for 2 x 1GB chips from Crucial which was far better. However it does mean I was left with 2 x 512mb chips which are now no use :D
They usually recommend that you use the same make of RAM but not sure how much of a difference it really makes.
I'm looking forward to Leopard, be nice to have a OS that makes full use of my Intel processor.
I installed Adobe CS3 Suite at the weekend and it is a big improvement now it is...
The price will surely fall before the end of the year, I'd be very surprised if it does not. If Sony can hit £299 for Christmas and get some big games released at the same time then it'll sell well. It definitely has the potential to outsell the 360.
It's amazing how opinions differ, I think F1 has a great feeling of speed :D
I own a 360 and a PS3, the 360 hardly gets looked at since I bought the PS3. Gaming isn't the only reason for this, the PS3 is an excellent media player when combined with Linux. It's a fantastic console and I do not...
You can get the Rider for £350 online. It's your best option as it's waterproof, the other TT's are not. The display is also customised for bike use.

Having owned both I far preferred the 3d mapping of the TT units as it more accurately represents the shape and curves of the road ahead. The Garmin mapping has a more cartoon style to it with less accurate representation of the road ahead. It'll show the curve of the road but not as accurate as...
I never bought GRAW 2 on the 360 so I will wait and buy it for the PS3. Great to read that it is not simply a port from the 360.
Here are some of the most significant differences between the two versions, headed by the expected motion sensitivity-
Sixaxis compatibility- controller features used...
Motorstorm and F1 are both brilliant games. Game releases will always be slow at this time of year, they always have been.
Each entitled to our own opinion though and it looks very much like you'd be better selling it.
