I managed to get the conenction working well with OSX but there are no programs yet which support the use of avi files with the PS3 XMB.
In contrast Nero Showtime/Scout work well on Vista with the PS3.
PM this guy, last week he told a friend of mine that he can get more at £340 delivered.

That's not so bad considering it comes complete with a HDMI cable.
A guy on AVF is selling new UK PS3's for £340 delivered. If you were to buy that and Motorstorm (£29.99) and a cheap HDMI (£5) then the price is similar. You also get a few BD in the package you've bought.
Yeah I think they are, my iMac uses SODIMM's. If you used the memory identifier on their site then it'll be correct.
Corsair memory is good, on the Mac forums I use people rated it better and more reliable than Kingston etc.
The 2gb kit I bought from Crucial works perfectly. Different chips for my C2D iMac though as those are full size you have selected. I paid the same.
There were links on here last week for the same capacity of RAM but half the price.
Home isn't really a game, it's a online environment where you can browse demos, adverts and play pool among other things :D It's not online until later this year.
The best game is probably Motorstorm.
I recently switched to Giganews. Although they are very good with excellent connection speeds I do not think I can justify spending nearly £16 p/month on what is only a small improvement over Newshosting. Having said that the conneection does include SSL.
Is this headunit any good for mp3 playback via a dvd? Does it offer plenty of options for browsing and searching for tracks?
Can be bought for £244 http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/jvc-kdavx11-p-5779.html?cadid=06f7cec45645488a96536bbd2ba6de29
My current plan is to install a Alpine X001 but I'm...
The Talex database is every bit as good, if not better, than the Origin B2 which I would rate the best of the other manufacturers for accuracy.
I bought my Talex Lite from Somerfields last year for £29.99
