Boot?? F*ckin hell my case has to go on my back seat lmao!
LANs are ace tbfh! You don't need to be geeks, they're just class! Do I look like a geek on my desktop? I hope not :'(
P.S. I think this is my 5th post today and since I'm not a member I'm going to have to keep adding to this post...
Darren - Completely agree. It's the best case I've had by far. Nice and spacious, all drives are quick release, well built and look pretty cool too! The only down side is that it is such a heavy b*****d to take to LANs!
I'm just wondering it 1.48v is too much for a Q6600 to take day in day out...
Here is mine!
I must admit the pics don't do it justice cos the cables look really messy but they're actually tidy! They're all pushed to the back except the SATA and PCIE cables so the air flow is very good!
The temps speak for themselves :D
Also my Xbox is linked to my monitor and...
Yeah 3ghz isn't too shabby at all mate! My PC is well cooled with 1 silent fant at the front blowing in, 1 at the top blowing out, 2 at the back blowing out and one at the side blowing in feeding my CPU fan and cooling my RAM.
My CPU cooler is a good one which blows sideways (directly at the 2...
I'll definitely be getting the N96! Looks a cracker!
Thecreamegg - schoolboy error son! Nokia always launch their new flagship phones aroung spring time :D
I'm at 426x8 (3.4ghz) and the core temps don't go above 60 after 4 hours of prime95 :D they idle at around 34.
Tehehe!
Just need to find a way to overclock this RAM now :/
Thats the probelem then mate, my temps rise about 12 degrees when i have smartfan on!
with smartfan off my core temps are 49,54,49,54 @ 3.3ghz after 4 hours of prime 95 :)
Griff, just looking at their site it looks like they've been bought out by tiscali? Strange.
I want decent 8MB broadband for £20 a month! :@
Edit: sorry griff im having to edit this post since im not a member :s
I've never heard of Entanet resellers, what's that all about?
CPUZ does show the stepping code. This is how I found out ebuyer had sent me the B3 when I had ordered the g0, i then got a replacement and CPUZ changed to g0 stepping as soon as i put it in.
I use Everest Ultimate for temperatures, but afaik Coretemp is also fine.
Is it the B3 or the G0 stepping version?
My G0 version runs at maximum 55deg full load and about 28deg idle at 3.2ghz. you could have some cooling issues, 70c does seem a bit excessive, what volts are you running at? I would possibly try upping the multiplier to 9 and have the FSB at 356 ish...
Just because many people use pcs and laptops for word processing, not everyone does. I dont use mine for any, just browsing the internet and chatting on mIRC. So therefore the company that I bought my laptop have saved me £80 for not forcing my into buying something I didn't need.
I would say...
I hope you're not the main photographer!
You will want ISO 800 at least inside the church, with low shutter speeds to expose them well, thats even with a decent flash. A tripod is a must aswell! Try to keep as zoomed out as possible to eliminate camera shake if you can!

RAM always helps especially with Vista, and since I use things like lightroom/photoshop/illustrator alot I'm sure the extra RAM would benefit me. But it's just how much with relevence to the loss in speed! :|
I have a budget of £60 for some RAM for my computer since mine just f00ked up. So, my set up is Q6600, Gigabyte P35-S3L Mob, 8800GT 512MB OC2 and I did have 2GB of 1066mhz ram with s**t timings (5-7-7-24).
Now should I go for:
4GB 4-4-4-12 800MHZ PC6400 RAM
or
2GB 5-5-5-15 1066MHZ PC8500 RAM...
