I like my Clio,but I certainly don't think I'm 21.
Any car can be classed as a chav mobile,if it's got a tool driving it.
But then mine isn't modded and never will be.
Don't even think about it being a Clio,it's just a car that I can either potter around in,thrash the fook out if it,let my missus drive it to work every day, plus we don't need a bigger car.
So all round it's spot on,lol at "grow out of it",it's just a car ffs.
I'm with you on this Ian,I was just telling somebody yesterday that even though I've raced LHD cars, there is no way I could drive a rally car quickly in LHD.
I could see it not ending very well.
I don't know,it's for a machine at work,we've taken a plate off and found a nut with cut outs in it,so this looks the sort of thing we need.
Link to Laser 4846 socket set.

Get your local windscreen chip repairer to fix it.
They will just drill a small hole at the top of the crack and fill it,this stops it creeping any further.Had it done on the race car on a massive crack and it hasn't moved since.
You can get a windscreen for about £130 ish new.
Everything depends on how the car is set up.
We ran on fumes at Mallory test day, then filled it up to race start amount,I could feel a slight difference but the lap times were identical, which did shock us all, even Fred.
If your on about Britcar, then the pit stops from what I remember are a...
There is a lot to braking than just slowing the car down, balance, turn in etc.But I'm not going to write a 3 page essay.
Believe me,most instructors are just happy to survive a 20min session,so unless you are driving like a loon they will be quite happy to sit there and give very basic advise.
I can understand why he is asking, different car or not.
To any person not knowing what is involved,it does seem stupidly expensive.
But that is the price I'm afraid.
No point in just changing the cam belt, because if anything else goes it will all need changing again,so while it's all apart it's...
Cheers for the advice.
Not sure I over brake, tend to brake quite late and hard, try to take off just as much speed as I need to and carry as much as I can through the bends, tyres often squealing (so probably not enough).
I think you might have said it there.
