With the rad,don't trust the sikky little clips that come with it.Ours fell off (after many trips to gravel traps etc),so we have put nuts and bolts through the rad.

A lot of of people had problems with them but most of this was electrical.Nothing is maintenance free but you won't have your head under the bonnet every 5 mins.Some have said fuel consumption has improved with ITB,depends how you drive it of course
The front track increased by 60mm and the rear by 20mm. We had to get the rears machined to fit but they fill the arches nicely now.
