Go for it - when I was getting quotes is was actually cheaper to insure a cup than a normal 172 (i was going to say full fat, but I don't really like that term) Unless you drive everywhere with the abs kicking in there shouldn't be a problem, just remember to take it easy in the wet/ice etc.

Saw it yesterday afternoon reg ** 05 scx blue (i think racing blue,the flat blue anyway) with the white racing stripes, parked in the members car park next to the wall. Looks nice, never seen it around before. I always use the lidl car park as the ff one is too small. Is it anyome's on here ??

Get a set of dials from a valver (three dials) oil temp, oil pressure & one which tells you the amount of oil in the car (not to be relied upon) They'll need wiring up to work, but I think there is a guide on here.

Oops - sorry i didn't realise that your clock was up there :o Is your stereo next to it ?? I don't know whats meant to go in place of the clock:o (on a valver its got three dials in that bit) and the stereo was under the grey flap where the gear stick is.

money holder ?? I had a clock next to my dials (that was on a valver though) I thought they all had the clock there.:S lanky - personally i'd get a clock & put that where the button is, then if you want push button start put the new button near the steering wheel.

Personally i'd get rid of the green button (the clock is meant to be where the button is) If the button is functional i'd get a richbrook one or one from an s2000. I'd go for a set of phase 2 valver (1.8 16v) alloys then drop it a bit on them, or a set of oz multi spokes (suepr t's) or...

Nice pics there:approve: I love the naples & blue valvers ! I love the wheels on the blue one ?? I take it they are Lensos's ??? One thing not to my taste is the light brows on the naples valver, imo it would look better without them.
