Job done :) I've have quenched the copped washer as I couldn't get the washer :( it's all sealed up sounds so much better. My little tip would be to remove the dip stick as I undid the nut for the fuel pipe and hit it with the spanner and snapped the dip stick :( Aha o well I've just got...

FairPlay did the noise go down When I get around to it I will check the rear will bearing :p A the moment I've got a blowing injector seal aha hopefully I can replace it tomorrow :s fix one thing and an other thing goes wrong :(

Can anyone tell/show me how to remove injector 1 as I need to replace the copper seal. Any tip would be Great. The car in a Clio dci 65 on a 2002 plate.

Did you sort it in the end because mines doing the same and I wouldn't mind the heads up ;)

Mines doing this when dropping speed or decelerating in neutral im going to do the aux belt and left wheel bearing ( some time in it ) to see if that stops it. Let me know if you fix it :coffee:

I was thinking of getting a second hand door, but I didn't know they was that cheap tbf. I'll have a look on ebay or the local breakers ;)

Hi Does anyone know an easy way to touch it up, or how much would it cost to get the hole nearside re lacquered it's only the door and under the rear window. Plus the other half hit into me when reversing onto the drive (women drivers hay :lolup:;) and left a few scratches on the near side rear...

My car (Clio 1.5 dci 2002) is making winding/humming noise when taking it out of gear when going more that 25 mph if you put it in gear the noise stops, It sounds like it is coming from the nearside. I think I could be a wheel bearing, does anybody know if they are tapered or not. Any ideas...

Hi there I have got an Clio 1.5 dci 2002 and the interior clock has be pushed back, I was wondering if there was any way of clipping it back in without taking the dash out, if so how hard is a job and how time-consuming :) many thank Joe
