Main things I'd look out for are clutch, brakes and tyres. Most problems you'll have is with consumables and the coils. It also goes without saying to look for one with the cambelt done if possible.
Agree, if someone just did that to the rear of their Enzo (without the FXX even been thought of) they'd have got ripped to shreds however functional it was.
You might of scrambled your ECU
Fried your air con
Boiled your coolant
But look on the sunny side at least it hasn't broken down, keep soldiering on I'm sure it will be ok.
