Any of you lot used Primo Amigo with a Wax/sealant before?
I'm tempted to try a wax on my brothers ST and the Megane soon just for a change to the usual sealants but have no idea what to go for. TBH i much prefer sealants so something that i can get in a small size would be idea, Unless one of...
Cheers mate
I've went with Prima amigo and Reload, Both products that i have wanted to try for a while so look forward to seeing how they turn out.
Shame he went for a white one, Not the best to get looking glossy compared to other colours
My brother should be picking up his new Frozen White ST-2 in a few days so I'm looking to get a few new items to top up my dwindling supplies.
Looking for a spray type sealant, Was using AM seal but durability isn't that great and its almost done. Also i think i might pick up a glaze to do it...
Didn't realise this had as much done to it when you had mentioned track times mate, Looks great and if very similar spec to how i would probably have one. Im really looking forward to my brother getting his now, Might try get him up to KH in it, See how much quicker it is that my old ZS which...
Probably not, Need to save some cash for some Euro tracks at the start of the year and summer, Probably won't make it out to KH until late summer, Ill give you a shout when i am
I had a discussion with a load of guys that i used to and starter playing online with on COD4 the other day, I would love them to remaster COD4 for next gen ALA Halo. Back to basics. Simple perks, No BS kill streak stuff.
I used to be a COD player over BF until MW3 i think, Not bought a COD game since then. I much prefer the way the battlefields play now but they are a lot more team based as opposed to cod where you can just show up yourself and do pretty well
60/61 on RSRs and standard power. That was before the changes to the track. Should easily run 58/59s with my current setup maybe slightly quicker once I fit the Nitrons
Fwiw I was running 3.11 at Spa in the wet, again that was before I decat'd and fitted a few other bits
Power/Weight isn't everything anyway.
The Megane has 245 section Semi slicks/Race pads and a few other handling related goodies. Hence its limit of grip is very, very high. A lot higher than a Fiesta will ever get to without extensive work.
My old MK7 ZS was fully stripped and was down to just...
This.
Everytime.
The only time i would bother with running in something would be a fresh rebuild, IE forged etc. Bone standard car, f**k the running in period. Loads of BS these days the cars already had its c**t kicked in before you have taken ownership. I think Manufacturers just use it to...
Use the sticky mounts that they come with?
They are pretty solid once stuck down, I removed a couple of mounts that i had in the interior of my stripped Fiesta and they took the paint with them LOL!
Looks great, becoming cheap now as well.
My younger brother has just put a deposit down on a Spirit Blue ST-2 with 11k on the clock for 12.5k, 12 plate Im sure.
Looking forward to getting it out on some roads i know, I do miss my MK7 ZS at times.
My skin was itching at the state of the Megane so braved the cold. Had to defrost the hose and pressure washer inside LOL
Still, much better but no doubt it will be a mess come tomorrow evening again.
VP citrus prewash
2BM with Gyeon Bathe
Tardis
Korrosol
Washed again
Gyeon Wetcoat
Not bad...
I wasn't going to bother washing it but I couldn't help it, Roads are a state the above was from a 20mile journey. No doubt it will be filthy again tomorrow
Warped discs are very, very rare. More likely to be a high spot and pad deposits.
Do as has been suggested, I have to clean my discs up now and again as my XP10's need abused to keep them running at best and use the above mentioned technique.
I wouldn't be too worried about old pads on new...
I'm up at close to rank 20 now iirc, it doesn't take long to rank up though, I think I have put about 4 hours into it now. Great fun and a nice change to BF4.
I drove over 4 and a half hours to test drive/buy my Megane, I hadn't even driven one before that.
TBH if you know anything about cars then you should know how good an RS is and what to expect, I went all the way down south never even having sat in a RS250 but had done my research properly.
