    Less hassle to just buy new calipers rather than do a full rebuild, iirc there only £50 odd each.

    Not a huge amount of options if you need to drop the beam, rear chassis rails are to high up for most axle stands.

    Cheap cat and weld a flexi/flange on one end, sleeve the other end. @dann2707 Loves his welding and might be willing to make it up for you?

    I'm the same I don't think I'll ever wax a car again, spray on wash off sealants are just so easy, quick to use and look just as good imo.

    Not really but if your refreshing the rest of the suspension anyway its not a huge amount of work to swap the hubs over.

    It's the 172 cup that has different shafts, missing the support bearing.

    That makes sense my 172 has the bigger Ariel base aswell. However it’s not fitted with a sat nav which is a bit odd for them to put the wiring in.

    Can’t say I noticed any difference in mine, didn’t even realise it has the extra speaker until I started pulling it apart.
