How is it for space and seeing what your doing once gearbox is off ? And can i do it with just the passenger side of subframe dropped ?

I have been looking into LUK and Valeo clutch kits. Anyone know where the best places are to get one ? And how hard they are to fit once the gearbox is off ?

Where did you get the valeo clutch from ?

Thats why i thought the box I can get LUK clutch kit at a good price. What should i have in the kit ? Clutch and new release bearing ????

True I guess i'll just pull the bottom hose and drain it.

I don't really want to drain the coolant though. Its not long been changed. And can it be done with manifold on ? As i know how brittle exhaust bolts can be :(

As i thought, and i'm guessing its a JC5 129 Box the same as Ph1 clios and cups ? What needs removed to get the box out And i'm guessing its a wheels off subframe drop job ?

Yeah i was gonna start with clutch first then go down the road of a box if its still fucked. Anyone know where to get a OEM clutch at a good price ?

Ok Now the fun begins to try and find a box :(

The speedo stopped working when the box went. Even when i got the car towed a short distance it was reading nothing. So i'm guessing its a spedo drive box ?

I think the diff in my gearbox has went :( I was going from second into third and crunch, it popped out of gear so i put it back in gear and let off the clutch pedal and there was no drive. The revs shot up and the car went nowhere. So i put it into fourth and it was the same, fifth too as...

Just keep topping it up every once and a while And go under and wipe any oily residue that you find on the sump unless its drip drip :rasp:
