    Back box chop on the exhaust is common, my brother has it on his. Removing just the mid box makes it crackle and pop on the overrun. Removing both is too loud!

    I have the Laser version of that. Pressurise it empty first to test for any air leaks, then fill with fluid once you've got it properly sealed.

    If it's a standard manifold and a genuine fitting kit, there shoud be no reason for it to not fit. You are fitting the flange the right way round aren't you?
