    I dont see the problem here other than the coil light is on... The "rar rar rar" is called a rev limiter.

    Then i would say its something to do with the spring. Or the mechanic has done something wrong installing the new springs. I see you are from croatia so that could be a bit of a barrier :)

    £800 for an exhaust is a high end budget lol. £350 will get you a prospeed fitted.
