Pretty easy. Make two plates and drill bolt to the strut tops. Then just weld accross a bar.

Put it in as far as it will go then run and jump in the car onto it. Or cut it in two. My false floor was two bits but 1 piece of carpet over the whole thing. I could fold it to a v shape then put it in and it would flatten out and no one would know.

Looks ok but another 10mm would see that perfect.

Sprayed my saxo grill. It was faded quite badly and ag bumper care wouldnt get it back to life so i just gave it a quick rub down with 800 then 1200. Primer. 1200 again then satin black paint from halfords. Looks much better now and will not fade.:)

My rocker cover is painted with normal paint and lacquer and it looks fine. I wouldn't bother with heat resistant.

They are 17mm on the isofix bar iirc and one torx bit, bolt thats holding the rear seats in. You dont have to break them to get them out. Just undo 3 bolts.

Drill through the bottom of the box. Drill through your boot floor. Nuts and bolts.

mine was a v reg and i got them out with a 17mm socket and a small ratchet. If you really cant do it get a breaker bar and use wd40.

Clean the corrosion off the connectors with a small screwdriver. Apply some vaseline to the base of the sidelight when you put it in the holder to keep corrosion away.
