It will remove scratches and very bad swirl marks but is definately overkill if you just want to get rid of some swirls. It cuts through paint in a few seconds so id advise you to go for a less abrasive type of "polish" rather then a "compound"

There is plugs from the inside of the car going to the door shut. You need to unplug them and drill holes to feed the cable through.

Get some MDF baffles. They will sound much better and will give you an extra 15mm ish behind the speaker so should prevent clearance issues.

A good wheel cleaner will mean you wont have to put much effort in. Once they are clean polish them up with srp. then whack on some egp and collinites and they will stay clean for really long. Even the brake dust will just wipe off. Top up the wax every few months.
I have the tropi care one but i need another one. I have to use the leaf blower aswell otherwise it gets soaked before finishing the car.
I used the water blade thing on my old clio before the towel but you could see the marks it left under certain lights. Would be pissed off if i spent hours...
Exactly how i do it. Stab it with a sharp screw driver, coat hanger, tape the cable then vaseline it lol.

I just generally stay away from kerbs. Its not just your alloys that will get fucked its the tracking too. All cars look s**t when they have kerbed alloys, even poverty spec models with huge chuncks of wheel trim missing.
