yes yes!! thats exactly what my car is doing revving/idling around 1500 revs... where is it did you say? can you tell me abit more specifically and where abouts?
tried to get into the engine... my mate unbolt the head of the engine trying to getin to it, unfortunatly we couldnt find the throttle thing, the butterfly... we dont know where it is!

yeah i know f0xy,... i was dreading of the idea that it went down the hole,,... but that would seem the most logical place it would have gone!! i just hope i can find it... the cars constantly revving so am just hoping the cloths got caught onto the butterfly.. where ever the hell it is..

i hope its not going to be garage jobby.. :( i dont have the money... what am guessing is that the peice of the cloth has got caught on the butterfly thus why the cars constantly revving yet theres no response when i press the pedal... well am hoping thats what it is anyway..

ive had the metal box removed due to some misfire problems in the past and had the coil pack changed, help with this would be gladly appreciated even though it was really silly but thats not the matter, i really need to fix it... :(

lol well the cloth did make the car respond alot better... am based in yorkshire.. ive stuck my phone camera inside the filter and took a picture, all i can see is a small hole...which am guessing thats where the cloth when into!
is there anyway to remove the plenum? my mate said we would...
