try doing a 9 year old car which has been machine polished without claying to really bed in the contamination!
ive been at it for 3 days on and off, an 1h45mins on the front wing says it all
mate on here tomc90 has them
easy to fit as they are directly renault fitment so just plug them and turn it on. have to take the dash off for the tweeters though
they are pretty good sound i think but wont be up to their full potential without an amp
yep! fill it up+fuel addative, disconnect the battery and id put it on axle stands too and make sure it is in a garage clean the car when it goes in! if dirt sticks on it for too long it could cause discolouration in the paint
best thing to do for your headunit is take the mounting cage out and sort the wires out and make sure there is no slack on any of the wires just enough for you to plug into your headunit. then push them into little nooks where it wont affect the headunit going in. then just pust the cage back in...
i think it will get under the arch if the tyres are 195, the 16inch 172 wheels are no wider than mine i dont think. but with spacers i dont know ask some one who has already done it
the caliper its self doesnt get hot enough i think! as said as long as you have a clean surface to paint on first and two coats it will be fine. everyone uses hammerite and it is ok!
you can buy metal ones which are reflective now so they are legal.
on the back just go for standard i think but on the front 3/4 size looks good. standard fort or simaler imo is the best!
right its on my mums apple laptop she never uses the internet. last couple of days i borrowed it to use for the internet, go on safari and every minute or so i get a pop up saying enter your keychain password. mum doesn't know what it is and has never put a password on the computer.
Anybody...
60mm on springs but ride is pretty bumpy but im only keeping the car for a year until i get a better car its worth it for the looks i think!
if your keeping the car for a while and want a good ride go for coilovers!
not quite sure about the sport are the tyres 205? or 195?
non sport i have lowered 60mm and i have no rubbing on 195 tyres.
i think you can lower to about 70 mm or more on coilovers but you may need spacers. ill leave this for the rs boys to tell you as they will know more on the topic than me.
