Depends on the noise. Might just be coil whine.
Have a look at Fractal, Asus and Seasonic PSUs too. They're all pretty much as good as each other.
Make sure it's modular, makes cabling easier. And mesh sleeved cables are a bit nicer looking too.
Find reviews on fan noise if that's something...
Do you know the spring rates? Have you done anything else to increase the roll resistance e.g arb, stiffened beam etc.
Also do you know the weight of the car?
The issue for AMD is that people buy Nvidia products whether they're better or not, because Nvidia. So they don't get the revenue to fund the top tier.
It's a bit like Intel 20 odd years ago, the AMD CPUs might have been better but people still bought Intel, because Intel.

Thankfully it ends up being filtered out and I just check the spam folder periodically for anything that might have gone in by mistake then mark it as safe.

Price/performance wise the 7900XTX and 5080 are where it's at unless you can get a cheap used 4090.
